Property and Cancellation Policies
House policy: You may cancel your reservation free of charge until 2 days before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within 2 days of your arrival, you will be charged the cost of the first night's stay.
Special Event Periods (Different Rules Apply): A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking, and cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. If canceled after the 30-day cancellation period, the full stay will be charged.

Smoking Policy
At Troubadour Hotel New Orleans, we are committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and healthy environment for all of our guests and staff. To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone, we have a strict no-smoking policy in place throughout the hotel. Violators will be charged a $250 Fee assessed to their folio.
Valet Parking
At The Troubadour Hotel, we are dedicated to providing our guests with a seamless and convenient experience. Our valet parking service ensures that your vehicle is safely parked while you enjoy your stay. Below are the details and guidelines of our valet parking policy.
Valet Parking Charge:
The valet parking service is available for a charge of $50 per night.
The charge is applicable to each night of your stay and will be added to your hotel bill.
Pet Policy
We are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions to our pet-friendly hotel. This property accommodates up to two dogs per stay, ensuring everyone can enjoy your getaway. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay will be added to your reservation. Please contact the hotel for details on limitations and restrictions.
